Recommended recipe for a 28-30 cm diameter pizza / 6 slices:
- 85 g fiber blend
- 1 large egg (approximately 55 g)
- 1 egg white (approximately 40 g)
- 15 ml oil
- 80 ml water
Method:
In a bowl, combine the large egg and egg white. Add the oil and water to the eggs and mix well. Gradually incorporate the fiber mix into the wet ingredients until the dough is even. Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper and shape it with wet hands to your desired thickness and shape. Prick the dough in several places. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the pizza crust without any toppings for 15 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven. Add your desired toppings to the crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Return the pizza to the oven and bake at high temperature with the top baking option until the cheese turns golden-brown.
