Ingredients: dietary fibers (cellulose) Thickener: psyllium husk, konjac gum, xanthan gum, tara gum; Raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, dried yeast, Acidity regulator: GDL (glucono delta-lactone), ascorbic acid; Sweetener: erythritol; Flavoring: nature identical aroma, salt.
Recommended recipe:
- 125 g fiber blend,
- 3 large eggs (165 g),
- 30 g oil,
- 100 g yogurt or kefir
Method: Put the eggs in a bowl, add the oil and yogurt or kefir, and mix well. Add the fiber blend to the wet ingredients and incorporate until the mixture is even. Let the dough sit for about 10 minutes. Then place the dough on kneading board, or a silicone sheet, and shape it with a silicone rolling pin to the desired thickness ideally 1 – 1.5 cm. Cut in desired form and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Then put it in a preheated oven (170°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until it passes the toothpick test. After it has cooled down put in a cookie box. Scones can replace bread, depending on your meal.
