We are a family-owned business where everyone has a unique role to play. We're fortunate to have expertise in various fields, including product development, the machinery industry, and daily management, enabling us to cover all aspects of our operations. Our belief in the strength of family is unwavering, and we consider this unity to be one of our greatest strengths.

Another cornerstone of our philosophy is our dedication and belief that our food is the most significant influence on our life and health, beyond our genetic heritage. Our product development philosophy centers on avoiding any controversial ingredients that do not contribute to individual health.

Upon examining products on the market, we discovered that many replacements for certain ingredients are equally harmful or controversial. For example, in gluten-free flours, wheat flour is often replaced with lupin flour, which is a serious allergen. Similarly, carbohydrate-reduced flours for diabetics often use wheat protein (gluten), almond flour, or soy flour, which are common allergens. In most cases, appealing marketing text hides these realities. Manufacturers of these products often overlook that problematic metabolic and allergic bodies are further burdened by additional substances, worsening an already bad situation over time.

When our family faced severe health issues, it prompted us to change our lifestyle. In our quest for a healthier alternative, we discovered fibers as an uncompromising solution. After thorough research, learning, and thoughtful decision-making, we chose fibers as our key ingredient. They are non-controversial and universally recognized by medical and nutritional science for their importance. Everyone, at some stage in their life, has encountered this fundamental health principle.

However, achieving the perfect texture and mouthfeel using only fibers is challenging—it's like building a functional house with just sand and water. After many years of hard work and dedication, we have developed a phenomenal portfolio of products. We are now ready to help others achieve their health goals and maintain or even improve their well-being.

All the fibers we use are plant-based and of the highest quality, either naturally occurring or manufactured as functional fibers through extraction techniques. Among these fibers, there is a special one with unique properties that helps us create an ideal texture and mouthfeel for our products. This plant-based fiber is extracted without using chemicals and is manufactured through steam processing.

Our product range is low or completely free of carbohydrates, low in energy, and free from starch, gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts. Nothing but valuable fibers that keep you full for longer, nourish your microbiome, and promote overall health. Our products undergo food analytical tests in state laboratories to ensure reliability!

Other ingredients we use include natural plant-derived colorants such as beetroot extract powder, beta-carotene, turmeric, and organic chlorophyll. Flavoring agents include genuine spices, dried vegetables, ground Bourbon vanilla, premium Dutch-style cocoa powders with varying fat content, and nature-identical aromas. These flavorings are used in small quantities, and for customers who avoid flavors, we offer aroma-free versions of each product line.

After many years of hard work, our cake and dessert mixes, pudding and dessert powders closely resemble their traditional white flour counterparts in taste and texture. Our basic products and bread substitutes are equally delicious and meet all dietary needs.

We offer not only an unparalleled, premium-quality product line but also quick, simple-to-prepare recipes (mix and bake) that make dieting and lifestyle changes easier and more sustainable.

Our development story didn't end with our product portfolio. When we began packaging our products, we encountered a new challenge. The material was lightweight and easily airborne, and no industrial packaging machinery could handle it—gravity itself offered no assistance due to the material's lightness. Hand packaging was a temporary solution, but it wasn't sustainable for long-term production. This led us to develop our own packaging machine, enabling us to achieve a higher level of production efficiency and scale.

Product packaging is a critical issue that we take seriously. Many companies overpackage their products—first in plastic, then in a paper box. While the paper box may serve as a marketing tool, it also results in unnecessary waste and added costs that customers ultimately bear, only to discard the packaging after a single use.

At Fiber Baker, protecting nature is at the core of our values. We strive to minimize our ecological footprint in our everyday lives, and our packaging reflects this commitment. We believe in a simpler, more sustainable approach. Have you ever thought about the process of manufacturing packages? A bag with a paper layer on the outside, plastic on the inside, and a ziplock closure goes through numerous steps, each impacting the environment. After just one or a few uses, this mixed material ends up in the garbage. While some parts, like the plastic, can be reused a few times, it still results in unnecessary waste of time, money—your money as a buyer—and environmental resources.
