Start with the Cream:
Ingredients:
- 100 g cream powder
- Liquid quantity as mentioned on the powder's package
- For a firmer cream, use yogurt with 20% or 30% heavy cream.
Note: If using different liquids for the cream—milk & yogurt, heavy cream & yogurt, or heavy cream & cooking cream—ensure you mix the ingredients to a homogeneous liquid.
Method:
- Place your chosen cream powder in a bowl.
- Start whisking continuously with a hand mixer at medium speed while gradually adding the liquid. Maintain a steady pace—neither too quick nor too slow.
- Continue until all the liquid is incorporated.
- Refrigerate the cream to let it firm up while you prepare the cake layers.
Cake Layers:
Ingredients:
- 5 large eggs (275 g)
- 25-30 g water
- 20-30 g melted butter
- 1 package or 85 g fiber blend
- 130-150 g sweetener (to taste)
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the whole eggs, water, and melted butter until homogeneous.
- Mix the cake fiber blend with the sweetener and add to the egg mixture. Combine until smooth.
- You will have approximately 500g of dough. Divide it into three equal parts.
Baking:
- Oil a 20 cm diameter baking form (silicone or glass).
- Spread one part of the dough evenly in the form.
