Ingredients:

85 g Pizza fiber mix

1 large egg (approximately 55 g)

1 egg white (approximately 40 g)

15 ml oil

80 ml water

Cheese sticks

Method:

1. Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, combine the large egg and egg white.

Add the oil and water to the eggs and mix thoroughly.

Gradually incorporate the fiber blend into the wet ingredients, ensuring an even mixture.

Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper and, with wet hands, shape it to your desired thickness and shape.

Fold the cheese sticks into the crust, creating a delightful cheesy edge.

Prick the dough in several places to prevent it from puffing up.

2. Bake the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake the pizza crust without any toppings for 15 minutes.

Remove the crust from the oven.

3. Add Toppings and Finish Baking:

Add your desired toppings to the crust.

Sprinkle generously with cheese.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake at high temperature using the top baking option until the cheese turns golden brown.
