1.What kind of fibers you use:

  1. Cellulose: this is a natural dietary fiber, is a major component of plant cell walls. In our products cellulose is made from: oat, bamboo, wheat, rice, pea, cocoa, etc.
  2. Psyllium husk: is a type of soluble fiber derived from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant.
  3. Konjac gum: Konjac gum, also known as glucomannan, is a type of soluble dietary fiber derived from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac).
  4. Tara gum: is a type of galactomannan, a natural polysaccharide, derived from the seeds of the tara tree (Caesalpinia spinosa)
  5. Carob seed flour, also known as locust bean gum, is a type of soluble dietary fiber derived from the seeds of the carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua).
  6. Xanthan gum is a type of soluble fiber produced by fermenting sugars with the bacterium Xanthomonas campestris.

Each of these fibers are allergen free, non modified fibers, with low calories and digestible carbohydrates. Humand do not have enzimes to digest fibers, so they do not provide energie to our body.

These fibers are a health-conscious dream: allergen-free, non-modified, and boasting low calories and digestible carbohydrates. Since humans lack the enzymes to break down fibers, they don't provide energy to our bodies, but they do offer a range of benefits for our digestive health and help maintain a feeling of satiety for longer.

2.How to Adapt to a Fiber-Rich Diet

Adapting to a fiber-rich diet can be a smooth transition with the right approach. Here are some tips to help you ease into it:

If your body isn’t used to consuming 25-30 grams of fiber daily, start gradually. This way, you can minimize any discomfort such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, or constipation. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Start Small: Begin by adding one high-fiber item to your daily diet, like a muffin, a slice of bread substitute, or a bagel. Opt for consuming it in the afternoon.
  2. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Fiber absorbs water, and staying hydrated helps prevent constipation.
  3. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how your body reacts. If you experience discomfort, give your body a few days (2-5) to adjust before increasing your fiber intake.
  4. Gradually Increase: Once your body adapts to the initial fiber, slowly add more high-fiber foods to your diet. This can include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes.
  5. Consistency is Key: Make fiber a regular part of your diet to fully enjoy its benefits, such as improved digestive health and prolonged feelings of fullness.

If you follow these steps, you’ll be well on your way to reaping the benefits of a fiber-rich diet without any unpleasant side effects. 😊🌾💧

3.Baked Your Bread / Bread substitute, but It Feels Too Moist?

Always measure the water precisely as stated in the recipe! Use a scale to measure the exact grams, not a measuring cup. Remember, 1 ml of water equals 1 g of water. Alternatively, use an extra egg and reduce the added water by the weight of the egg.

For optimal results, once your buns, bread, flatbread, or muffins are baked and have cooled or are still slightly warm, wrap them in a napkin or paper towel and place them in an airtight container or bag. They'll taste even better the next day.

If you're baking in bulk, this packaging method will keep them fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week.
