Ingredients: dietary fibers (cellulose), thickener: konjac gum, tara gum, stabilizer: xanthan gum.
Kaiserschmarren recipe serves 2 portions
- 30 g semolina
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 teaspoon of butter + a little for the pan
- Salt, Bourbon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
- Zest and juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of baking powder
- 3-4 tablespoons of erythritol sweetener
Mix the semolina, salt, vanilla, lemon zest, baking powder, and sweetener together. Warm the milk, add the eggs and melted butter, then mix well with the semolina mixture. Add the lemon juice. Fry in a preheated pan with a little melted butter. Serve with sugar-free jam.
Sweet cheese dumplings recipe serves 3 portions
- 30-40 g semolina
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoon of erythritol
- Salt
- Vanilla and lemon zest to taste
Mix the ingredients, shape into walnut-sized dumplings, then boil in salted water until cooked! Roll the cooked dumplings in coconut flakes, ground walnuts, or poppy seeds previously mixed with sweetener!
