Recipe suggestion for schnitzel / deep-fried meat:
Ingredients:
- Meat
- Eggs
- Carb-free flour
- Carb-free breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Tenderize the meat slices with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, as if making an omelet. Take each meat slice and coat it sequentially in multipurpose fiber blend, egg, and breadcrumbs. Gently press the surface of the schnitzel to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well. Fry on both sides in hot oil. The breadcrumbs won’t turn dark brown but will remain a light golden color. Note: Fiber-rich breadcrumbs absorb less oil! Enjoy your schnitzel!
For breading 1 slice of 100g-150g of meat, 7-10 g of breadcrumbs are used.
Breadcrumbs are ideal for replacing traditional breadcrumbs. They can be included in any diet: Dukan, LowCarb, Ketogenic, or special diets. Breadcrumbs have various uses in cooking, from coating foods for frying to gratin toppings for vegetable dishes. So, feel free to incorporate them into your favorite recipes!
