The fiber breadcrumbs are ideal for replacing traditional breadcrumbs.
It is easy to use. The preparation steps are the same, press the food well into the flour / or substitutes, then into the beaten eggs, and then into fiber breadcrumbs, and fry. Fiber breadcrumbs will not turn dark brown, but it will keep a light, golden color. For one slice of 100 g meat, it is enough 7-10 g of breadcrumbs.
Important: fiber breadcrumbs do not absorb a lot of oil, therefore is ideal even in strictest diet!

It can be used as coating the surface of baking pan when baking, or to thicken fillings or meatballs.

Recipe suggestion for schnitzel / deep-fried meat:

Ingredients:

  • Meat
  • Eggs
  • Carb-free flour
  • Carb-free breadcrumbs

Preparation:

Tenderize the meat slices with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, as if making an omelet. Take each meat slice and coat it sequentially in multipurpose fiber blend, egg, and breadcrumbs. Gently press the surface of the schnitzel to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well. Fry on both sides in hot oil. The breadcrumbs won’t turn dark brown but will remain a light golden color. Note: Fiber-rich breadcrumbs absorb less oil! Enjoy your schnitzel! 

For breading 1 slice of 100g-150g of meat, 7-10 g of breadcrumbs are used.
