The Chocolate Sponge Cake Fiber Mix contains no colorants or artificial flavors. Its taste is naturally chocolatey, just like traditional sponge cake. Thanks to the perfect balance of soluble and insoluble fibers and their special properties, you can make a fluffy, light sponge cake without needing to beat the eggs. Easy to prepare, it consists solely of fibers, a superfood suitable for any diet!

High-fiber foods require more water intake. Therefore, be sure to drink adequate amounts of water regularly. After enjoying a piece of cake, we recommend drinking a glass of water to help the fibers exert their beneficial effects and to extend the feeling of fullness.
