Recommended recipe for pudding: 100 g powder, 600 ml milk

Put the powder in a bowl and add the milk while continuously stirring with a hand whisk. Let the pudding set for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before using it. (It can be consumed on its own or with garnishes such as whipped cream, fruit, ice cream, etc., according to your diet.)

Recommended recipe for cream for keto diet: 100 g powder, 600 g of heavy cream (10%, 20%, or 30% are suitable)

Put the powder in a bowl and add the heavy cream while continuously stirring with a hand whisk or blender. Cream made with 30% heavy cream can be used immediately. If using 10% or 20% heavy cream, let the cream set for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before using it. It is ideal as a cake filling, as well as for trifles or glass desserts.
